Should a minor do purchase such item without the prior parental permission, the parent or guardian may return such item with full refund, if the item was not damaged or opened at any stage and therefore as in the original state and condition the way it was shipped from CreativePlay.

Payment
The following payment options are available:
- No payments by Cheques accepted
- Cash deposit *
- Electronic Bank Transfer *
- Post Office Cash-on-delivery (only available with Post Office parcel delivery - pay at Post Office counter when you collect your parcel). *
- Credit Card payment. CreativePlay do not store any credit card details and all transactions are handled by Iveri (Nedbank).
* 5% discount is given on these payment methods. Formula used to calculate discount is Discount = Rounded ((Order value excluding delivery charge) * 0.05). Total Invoice Amount is also rounded to the nearest rand.

Note: If you choose to pay by cash deposit/electronic bank transfer, your items will not be sent before valid proof of payment is received. Such proof must be sent to CreativePlay via e-mail to sales@creativeplay.co.za ,  fax: 086 575 0984 or SMS: 082 945 2996. Payment should be carried out within 7 days after order has been submitted.

It is the customer's responsibility to double check that they have selected the correct payment option before submitting an order. CreativePlay.co.za will not be held responsible for incorrect payment methods chosen but can change it after the order has been placed, on request if the client so desires.

Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for CreativePlay via Iveri who is the approved payment gateway for Nedbank of South Africa. Users may go to www.iveri.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Availability
Because of the wide range of toy products, CreativePlay.co.za don't carry a large stock of a certain item but rather a smaller stock of a bigger range of items. If we do not have stock of a certain item, please contact us and we will confirm availability from our suppliers. Stock quantities are entered into a database which is linked to our online shop thus you cannot buy an item out of stock.

Order Cancellation
CreativePlay.co.za reserves the right, on whatever grounds, to cancel any order. Paid or partly paid orders will be fully reimbursed upon cancellation.

Delivery Policy
Delivery time depends on availability of items, receipt of proof of payment and the selected delivery method. Though we try to ensure the quickest delivery time, CreativePlay can not be held responsible for late deliveries made by the delivery parties involved. To avoid delivery delays please ensure that you submit a correct and detailed delivery address. All Post Office parcels are delivered to the nearest Post Office to the delivery address supplied by the customer. CreativePlay.co.za will replace damaged or lost items by the involved parties for delivery if sufficient proof is provided to us. Please ensure on collection of a parcel to check for damage and if so report it immediately to the courier or postal service and immediately to CreativePlay.

Additional costs for changing a delivery method may apply depending on the new method required by the client.

Return & Refund Policy
We believe in the quality of all the toys offered brand of products and the satisfaction it should give you. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item the following rules apply:
- All returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days on receipt of your item(s).
- Items must be accompanied by original invoice.
- If CreativePlay.co.za has supplied the incorrect item(s), we will exchange it for the correct item(s). CreativePlay.co.za will cover collect & delivery costs.
- Unopened set(s) will be fully refunded or exchanged for different sets, if so desired in the same price range. Any price difference is to be rectified either to pay balance payout or additional payment made by the customer to CreativePlay.co.za, should the item being exchanged be more expensive than the item previously purchased. CreativePlay.co.za will not cover collect & delivery costs.
- Opened set(s) or damaged sets will only be replaced if it was damaged during delivery and immediately reported to the courier or postal service and immediately to CreativePlay, when collected or received, or a defective product. CreativePlay.co.za will cover collect & delivery costs.
